For the needs of the ‘HAITIAN MACHINERY SERBIA’ factory in Ruma, a delivery of a measurement and regulation station with the following characteristics was carried out:

Capacity: Q = 2100 Sm3/h,

Pin/Poutl= 3-6 bar / 900 mbar;

DNin/DNout= DN100 PN16 / DN100 PN16

Measuring and regulating station (MRS) and gas distribution pipeline in the industrial working zone “Rumska petlja”

JP “Gas-Ruma” made an investment in the industrial zone “Rumska Petlja” to expand its capacity, and for this purpose a new metering and regulation station and the new gas distribution pipeline were built.
For the stated needs, Energo-Sistem d.o.o. has performed:
– manufacturing, delivery, assembly and commissioning of a two-line measuring and regulating station with a capacity of Q=8000 m3/h Pul=6-12 bar Piz=3-6 bar,
– complete mechanical works on the connecting inlet gas pipeline with a pipe diameter of 168.3 mm (30 meters) and the outlet steel gas pipeline with a diameter of 219.1 mm (15 meters),
– electrical works and
– execution of mechanical works on the construction of the distribution gas pipeline Rumska petlja 2 from PE pipes in a length of 1450 meters.

ISO audit

A very important ISO audit was completed in our company!

It was an extension audit for 3 standards (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 29001:2010) and a control audit for a standard (ISO 45001:2018).

We are very pleased that the audit was successful.
We would like to thank all employees who personally contributed to the successful conduct and management of this year’s audit.

New FORD RANGER vehicles in ENERGO-SISTEM fleet

Energo-Sistem d.o.o. purchased three brand new off-road vehicles FORD RANGER 3.2 TDCI 200KS WILDTRACK 4WD A6 double cab in order to upgrade its own fleet but also for rental services.

These vehicles can be rented for a short period of time (up to 30 days) or for a longer period – several months/annually, depending of your needs.

New Delivery of Ball Valves

Cooperation between JP „Srbijagas“ Novi Sad and Energo-Sistem d.o.o successfully continues through the new contract of ball valve supply! New delivery of ball valves refers to dimensions from NPS 1″ (DN25) to NPS 8″ (DN200), pressure class PN16, CLASS150 and CLASS300 in total quantity of 230 pieces. On March 12th 2019 Energo-Sistem d.o.o. has delivered major part of total quantity, i.e. 185 pieces as follows: type:1420-Y, dimensions DN50, DN80, DN100 and DN150 pressure class PN16, NPS 1 1/4″, NPS 2″, NPS 2 1/2″, NPS 6″ CLASS150 and NPS 1“, NPS 2“, NPS 2 1/2“, NPS 3“ and NPS 4“ CLASS300 (159 pcs) and type:1430-Y, dimensions DN200 PN16, NPS 8″ CLASS150 and NPS 6“ CLASS300 (26 pcs).

Delivery of ball valves for JP “Srbijagas” Novi Sad

According to the contract between JP “Srbijagas” Novi Sad and Energo-Sistem d.o.o. which subject was procurement of ball valves, Energo-Sistem d.o.o. has delivered the ball valves type: 1420-Y, dimensions DN50, DN80 and DN100 with pressure class PN16, NPS 2″ CLASS150 and NPS 2“ CLASS300 (total 110 pcs.) and type:1430-Y, dimension NPS 6“ CLASS300 (total 2 pcs).

Delivered ball valves fulfill the requirements of standard EN 1983, i.e. API 6D for the ball valves with pressure designation CLASS. All ball valves are tested by our accredited laboratory according to EN 12266-1-2, as well as API 6D specification.

The ball valves are designed for above ground installation and natural gas as a working fluid. Manipulation with the valves is accomplished manually, using a wrench or gearbox, depending of the type of ball valve.

ENERGO-SISTEM d.o.o. now also ISO/TS 29001 certified

Energo-Sistem d.o.o. has recently achieved certification according to the ISO/TS 29001:2010 standard.

ISO/TS 29001 is an industry-specific standard for the petroleum, petrochemical and natural gas industries based on the quality standard ISO 9001. However, compared to ISO 9001, the requirements for control measures are sharpened and much more detailed.

The additional requirements all aim to ensure that the quality management system meet the requirements of the petroleum and gas industry’s risk management requirements for documentation of key issues such as staff training, traceability of materials and obtained test results.

ISO/TS29001 is the highest ranking certification a manufacturer can achieve in the petroleum, petrochemical and natural gas industries, and requires manufacturers to develop a continuous improvement system across its entire business from design and development through to product delivery.

The certification has been conducted by TUV NORD and is valid for three years with annual follow-up visits.

We are confident that our new ISO/TS 29001 certification, on top of our ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certifications, will form a solid foundation for Energo-Sistem´s continuous success and growth in the petroleum and gas segment.

ENERGO-SISTEM d.o.o. Management Systems harmonized with international ISO standards

Energo-Sistem d.o.o. successfully completed the re-certification process of the integrated quality management system, environmental management systems and health and safety at work and made the transition to new versions of standards. Getting of the ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015 and BS OHSAS 18001: 2007 certificates is proof of the company’s long-standing quality and responsible business. The obtained certificates, together with the objectives of the Business Policy, confirms the company’s commitment to continuously improve its operations, taking care of the quality of its products, services, health and safety of employees, as well as prevention of negative environmental impacts.

The QMS validity certification for Design, Development, Production, Installation and Service of Gas Equipment and Plants was extended for the next three years (up to 2021).

Re-certification process of integrated management system was performed by the lead world certification company TUV NORD.

Delivery of gas filters – condensate collectors for JP “Srbijagas” Novi Sad

According to the contract between JP “Srbijagas” Novi Sad and Energo-Sistem d.o.o. which subject was procurement of filters for the purpose of installation of the sectional measuring devices, Energo-Sistem d.o.o. has delivered ten freestanding gas filters – condensate collectors type: 1005, dimensions NPS 6 “(DN150) CLASS300.

The gas filters – condensate collectors are equipped with pressure transmitters for measuring of differential pressure type: SITRANS P DS III PN160, designed for use in the premises of hazardous explosive gases, manufactured by Siemens. The filters also have a mechanism for holding and rotating the filter cover, as well as two G3 interchangeable cartridges.
